Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChefMedia services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use ChefMedia services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ChefMedia's servers
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

To access and use our services, you must register for a ChefMedia account. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information for your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

If you connect Instagram or a Facebook Page, you authorize ChefMedia to act for that restaurant account, including reading and sending direct messages when you use Inbox. Owners and Editors may read and reply. Viewers may read only. Only an Owner may connect or disconnect the account.

Disconnecting under Integrations stops ChefMedia from reading or sending messages for that account. How we handle message content is described in the Privacy Policy.

ChefMedia is a service of CHEFMEDIA LLC. These SMS Terms cover the text-message program for restaurant owners who use ChefMedia. The program sends service texts about your account: trial onboarding, post previews and approvals, Google review reply drafts, and billing or account notices. These texts go to the owner who opted in. An owner can also ask ChefMedia to text a staff mobile number one invite link to join the restaurant. That text explains how to opt out. We do not text guests.

You consent by submitting the form at https://chefmedia.ai/#text-me and checking the box that you agree to receive texts from ChefMedia. You can also consent by text-to-join when we offer a join keyword. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. We also treat STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT as opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@chefmedia.ai.

The text signup starts a 14-day trial with no credit card. Before that trial ends, ChefMedia texts a Stripe Checkout link. If you complete checkout, the plan is $79 per month. You can cancel before the paid subscription continues.

How we handle your mobile number and SMS opt-in data is in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

ChefMedia reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Some features of the Service are paid features and require you to pay a fee. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes that you are obligated to pay or that we may collect from you.

By using a paid feature, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Certain features of the Service may allow you to purchase subscriptions that automatically renew.
